Boycott the mall and buy DIY at one of the many amazing craft shows coming up! Awesome indie craft bazaars in every corner of the country are making it sooo much easier to uphold your end of the Buy Handmade Pledge. (Which of course you've signed, right???)
Austin?: Mosey on down to the Blue Genie Art Bazaar, and check out one-of-a-kind gifts from eighty different artists including an Austin Craft Mafia booth with lots of Sublime Stitching goodness. Open 10am-10pm everyday until Christmas eve!
New Yorker?: The BUST Holiday Craftacular is this Saturday at the Metropolitan Pavillion (125 West 18th Street) from 10am to 8pm. Shop from over 200 vendors this year. Plus there'll be Sublime Stitching surprises in the goody bags and snazzy Sublime Stitching prizes in the Craftacular raffle!
Boston or San Francisco?: Hundreds of amazing indie crafters, artists and designers will be in Boston this Sunday (December 9) and in San Francisco next Saturday (December 15) for Bazaar Bizarre, one of the original independent craft fairs.
In Boston, be sure to say 'hi' at the My Favorite Mirror booth and get yerself a Sublime Stitching pocket mirror or coaster set!
And in San Francisco, be sure to get there early for one of the first 100 goodie bags - stuffed with a Sublime Stitching treat!
Portland?: It's the Crafty Wonderland Super Colossal Holiday Sale!
They're holding one gianormous holiday event on Sunday, December 16th at the historic Norse Hall in Portland. It'll feature over 100 vendors, a full bar, recycled giftwrapping, and goodie bags to the first 200 shoppers - with you guessed it!- Sublime Stitching gifts.
But wait, there's more! If you're in Providence, check out Craftland open now through December 22, with a special "Meet the artists" night on December 13, 6-8 PM.
