Handmade Nation Documentary News

Hey, cool! Faythe Levine is featured on Etsy this week. Faythe is the director of Handmade Nation, a documentary-in-progress, about the growth of the DIY movement and the new wave of craft in America. In 2006, she visited cities all over the country to interview independent artists, crafters and designers (Jenny being one of them) and now she's working on editing the footage.

The Handmade Nation Etsy store sells t-shirts, bags, and other craft goodies (like select Sublime Stitching patterns!) that help support the documentary. You can read more about Faythe and Handmade Nation in her interview on Etsy, or on the Handmade Nation Blog.
