About Void Gift Certificates

Hello Dear Sublime Stitchers,
You may have received an email from PayPal stating that your Sublime Stitching Gift Certificate was refunded or canceled. Here's why:
We recently discovered that our website's cart was allowing PayPal gift certificates to be purchased, but not allowing the gift certificate to be redeemed. Kind of a problem. We had tested PayPal Gift Certificates before they were integrated with our website, so we are still surprised by this.
Working long and hard to pinpoint the problem, we found it (and won't bore you with the details). Unfortunately, the the only solution was to cancel out all gift certificates and issue a refund to those who purchased them.
We apologize for this inconvenience. We love that you made a gift of Sublime Stitching for a friend or family member, and we know you were saving your Gift Certificate for some fun shopping.
