How soon will my order ship?
Your order will ship FAST. Most Sublime Stitching orders ship within 2-24 hours. This is why no changes (including address changes) can be made to your order after you complete payment.
Changes / Cancellations
No cancellations or changes (address changes, additions, partial deductions or substitutions) can be made to your order once it has been submitted for fulfillment. If you would like to order additional items, please place a separate order via the website.
Multiple orders placed separately cannot be combined into one shipment.
Sublime Stitching reserves the right to cancel any order placed on this website at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, or reason given. A refund will be issued for the canceled order.
International customers are responsible for any customs, taxes or duty charges incurred by their government. Sublime Stitching is unable to intervene with another country's customs office to instigate the release of a shipment, and cannot be held liable for any delays caused by carriers or customs.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, your shipping confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. It may take 24-48 hours for your package to be scanned and entered into the tracking system. If you did not receive your tracking number, please contact me, and provide your order number.
My USPS tracking number says "Label Created Not Yet In System" or
"Pre-transit Awaiting Label" and "USPS awaiting item" when I check it.
Do this: The USPS has an option to receive updates via Text / Email on the same page as your tracking info, and I encourage you to sign up for those updates if your package seems lost, stalled or there haven't been any new updates. Do this not just because you'll receive their notifications, but because it seems to cause their system to locate packages that have stalled and get them moving along!
Can I add something to the order I just placed?
Far be it from me to prevent you from ordering more stuff, but no changes can be made to any order after it has been submitted via my website (see Returns / Refunds) BUT please don't hesitate to place a separate order for anything you may have forgotten!
