FAQs after placing your order...
When will my order ship?
Orders ship M-F within 1-2 business days via USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail (depending on weight or size). You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up by our carrier. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder in case it goes there! During sales or new product releases, we may have a higher volume of orders and shipping may take a tiny bit longer.
Will I get a tracking number?
If you are not provided with a tracking number when you get your shipping confirmation, it means that your order shipped via First Class USPS Letter Rate which does not include a tracking number. (This is if you ordered flat items from me like patterns, woven labels and carbon papers.)
My tracking number says "Label Created Not Yet In System" when I check it.
This means that your order is packed and waiting to be picked up by our carrier. The tracking number will be activated once our carrier scans your package. This may take up to 24 hours.
Can I add something to this order?
If you would like to order additional items, please do via my website as a new order. I can't add items to an existing order and charge you for them (this is a good thing, it protects you). Please email me if you do this. When possible, we will combine your second order with the first and refund the shipping difference. Please understand, we are not always able to do this, as the first order may have already been packed and shipped the same day we received it.
