How soon will my order ship?
As soon as possible! Orders ship M-F within 1-3 business days. Most orders placed during the week before 4:30pm PST will ship within 48 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order is ready to go! (Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder in case this shipping notification goes there.)
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, your shipping confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. It may take 24-48 hours for your package to be scanned and entered into the tracking system.
My USPS tracking number says "Label Created Not Yet In System" or
"Pre-transit Awaiting Label" and "USPS awaiting item" when I check it.
Do this: The USPS has an option to receive updates via Text / Email on the same page as your tracking info, and I encourage you to sign up for those updates if your package seems lost, stalled or there haven't been any new updates. Do this not just because you'll receive their notifications, but because it seems to cause their system to locate packages that have stalled and get them moving along!
Can I add something to the order I just placed?
Yes! Email me asap with any additions you'd like to make! Please be aware that once your order has entered the fulfillment queue no further changes can be made to your order. Just email me and I'll let you know if I can do it for you, or if you'll need to place a separate order.
