When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship M-F within 1-3 business days via USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail (depending on weight or size). You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up by my carrier. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder in case it goes there! During sales or new product releases, there may be a higher volume of orders and shipping may take a few days longer.
Will I get a tracking number?
If you are not provided with a tracking number when you get your shipping confirmation, it means that your order shipped via First Class USPS Letter Rate which does not include a tracking number. (This is if you ordered flat items from me like patterns, woven labels and carbon papers.)
My tracking number says "Label Created Not Yet In System" when I check it.
This means that your order is packed and waiting to be picked up by my carrier. The tracking number will be activated once the carrier scans your package. This may take up to 24 hours.
Can I add something to this order?
If you would like to order additional items (great!) please do so via my website as a new order. I cannot add items to an existing order on request and charge you for them (this is a good thing, it protects you). Additional items have to be ordered and paid for via the website. And, please email me if you place a second order right after your first, providing me with the two order numbers. When possible, your second order will be combined with the first into one shipment and I'll refund the postage difference when applicable. Please understand, this is not always possible, as the first order may have already been packed and shipped the same day it was received.
