Having trouble downloading your PDF? Does the link say it's "expired"?
PDFs are emailed to you following your purchase. Be sure to check your spam folder!
There are no refunds on digital goods.
There is a limit on how many times you can download the PDF. That limit is set at 3 times (sometimes people download, don't know where it went on their computer, attempt again, etc). After three downloads, the link expires. But there is no expiration date on the download while the three attempts remain available. If the link says "expired" it means you've clicked the download link three times and the file has been successfully downloaded to your device (three times). So now what?
So, let's find the PDF on your device! Here's how:
All Sublime Stitching PDF filenames are formatted like this: SublimeStitching_PatternName.pdf For example, if you ordered "Fantasy Flowers" the file name for the PDF is: SublimeStitching_FantasyFlowers.pdf
If you search for the file name you ordered on your device, your PDF should appear.
If you still can't locate your PDF, or didn't receive the link at all, contact me and be sure to include your order number!
