Shipping policy
Orders ship once weekly or bi-weekly. Make sure your shipping address is correct and your order is as you want it before completing payment. No changes can be made to your order once it is submitted. Sublime Stitching is an independently owned and operated business, and your patience allows it to function at a sane pace.
Changes / Cancellations
No cancellations or changes (address changes, additions, exchanges, partial deductions or substitutions) can be made to your order once it has been paid and submitted for fulfillment. If you would like to order additional items, please place a separate order via the website.
Multiple orders placed separately cannot be combined into one shipment.
Sublime Stitching reserves the right to cancel any order placed on this website at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, or reason given. A refund will be issued for the canceled order.
International Shipments
International customers are responsible for any customs, taxes or duty charges incurred by their government. Sublime Stitching is unable to intervene with another country's customs office to instigate the release of a shipment, and cannot be held liable for any delays caused by carriers or customs.
