Little treasure boxes of irresistible colors! Soie perlée is a three-ply, non-divisible spun silk made in France by Au Ver à Soie. These are wound onto stamped wood bobbins in 16 meters per spool. This is a fine, shiny thread that is strong, smooth and washable. Each palette is made up of six, unique colors. You will just want to stare at them. That's okay. They are pretty, they are inspiring, they could decorate your studio until you're ready to try them!

Alice Dick The silk perlee thread colors are beautiful - I ordered three different ones: the reds, lavenders and yellows. They arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I have not yet begun a project with them, but I am looking forward to it.

Janet Adcock Beside the fact that the thread is beautiful and on wooden bobbins, it is great quality and is so smooth to work with. The shine is wonderful in the embroidered motifs. The colors are stunning and I like how they put the accompanying colors together.
